Yogi Questionnaire

For just over two years now I have had the incredible pleasure & privilege to be teaching yoga within the Radford community. Let's be clear about this though, teaching is a strong word and yoga is a massive practice. What I have brought to you, my students, is just a piece of the yogic world.

And what you have taught me in return, has been the mother of all gifts.

I often tell people that I had all these mini lectures planned out for my classes, many on the importance of discipline & dedication. I see now that this reflects what I needed, and not what my students needed, because I've not once had to encourage my students to stay on track. I'm blessed to have you all show up and be present - continuously.

If you are one of these people, these yogis, please fill out as much of this questionnaire as you wish so that I may become a better teacher/guide. I'll also compile and share some of the answers with our community so that those who are interested can get a glimpse into the many benefits (and challenges too!) of a regular yoga practice.

Many thanks to your commitment to class, but mostly to your commitment to yourself.
