Just had a baby? Show yourself and your little one some love with this gentle practice designed to get you back on the mat, deepen your bond with your child, and connect you with other new moms. We'll focus on poses to help the body strengthen and heal as well as breathing and relaxation exercises to help with the particular stresses of new motherhood.
We welcome moms who have their doctor's permission to resume exercise along with their babies who are not yet walking.
