Prenatal Yoga/Gentle Flow with Ellen Goldlust

Prenatal Yoga aids the expecting woman's needs through breathwork, meditation and movement to help ease pregnancy, delivery and the after effects of birth.  Prenatal yoga helps build strength, flexibility, and presence throughout the phases of pregnancy. 

Yogi's who are not expecting are also welcome to attend this class for a gentle flow.
